Villa Akoya

Villa Akoya (meaning “pearl” in Japanese) is a unique beachfront luxury rental gem.

The villa is designed by renowned Costa Rican architect, Benjamin Garcia Saxe, and built by GH Architecture; it is decorated by Sofia Interiorismo. Villa Akoya mixes elements of tropical architecture and contemporary finishes with an ultra-luxury design. The raised ceiling provides abundant natural light and the floor-to-ceiling glass doors allow for seamless indoor-outdoor tropical living leading out to a wide terrace and two steps away from the beach.
